We are glad to hear you are interested in getting started at Crossfit Lethbridge. We have a couple of ways to go about doing that. We offer an "Intro To Crossfit" class on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30-8:30pm and Fridays from 6:30-7:30pm. You would pay for a regular months membership and attend those sessions until the coach decides you are proficient in the movements and confident enough to attend the regular class sessions. Some people will attend the Intro classes for a week, others may take two, three or even more. The second option, is to complete 2-3+ personal training sessions with a coach where they will cover the fundamentals of movement and discuss the program and getting started. If you haven't yet given our classes a try you are more than welcome to do so on Saturdays from 10:30-11:30am.
