"T" Total body lift
Hang Power Clean 5-5-5-5-5
Coach's Notes: warm-up really well for this lift. To help you warm-up on lift days try using your 1RM as a guide for how many sets needed after your movement prep is completed. Rule of thumb is one set for every 25-50lbs of 1RM (i.e. 150lbs 50/50/50 = 3 sets of warm-up weights prior to starting your working sets).
**This months strength training will have you max out on the last rep set, sometimes you might not even get the prescribed rep set...cool your doing it right, write it down for next time :-)

Kyle
Worked up to a 175# 5RM. I've still got a lot to work on for this lift. Thanks for the tips Chad and Cory.
Glen - I know you've been getting by with your boyish good looks and witty sense of humor so far but you'd better get serious if your going to back up yesterday's comments regarding the 50/50 challenge. Brad is gunnin' for you and he's all business! Be afraid....be very afraid.

Brad
1st time doing this lift, worked up to a 155# 5RM. Felt pretty good but nothing feels natural. I have to think about every little movement during the lift otherwise it is just an ugly looking muscle clean.
Glen - Apparently I'm out to get you so stay outta my way... Or else... Kyle will threaten you for me again :)
Thanks Kyle.

1/2 size Kat
Worked up to 105#. I gauge my weight lifted by how much Cory lifts. I'm 1/2 the size therefore should be at 1/2 the weight. Nice lifting big sexy.
We are looking pretty good these days team donkey punch. We are working on a team tshirt to maybe debute at the throwndown... Just saying.

Clapton
Worked up to #175, actually down after failing at 185#, just wasn't quick enough to get under. Great working out with the team this morning. Nice work Kat and Kat. This was a fun one.
Hmmm...don't forget TDP about the $rt6pmK#$ plan.

Andrea
Worked up to 100#. I always seem to struggle with Cleans. I use to bicep curl them all the time but the Oly Class is really helping me figure out this lift. I'm always thinking about sandbags & scarecrows before every lift and it's making a difference. During a couple rounds today, this lift actually felt "right".

Adam
135-155-175-185(4)-185(5)
Spent too much time thinking on the fourth round, just didn't make it under. Looking forward to the next one, there's room for improvement here.

Jessie
worked up to 65#
I was happy to see this WOD because it meant that I got to work some of the skills that we learned in Oly class. Fun!!
Got three blue band pull-ups after tonight's WOD. Am still grinning from ear to ear. A big thanks to Jas for the tip that got me up and over the bar.

Worked up to 55#; definitely need to work on technique as I think that it was the limiting factor
