Press - 3RM - 145# (10# PR)
WOD - 8:35 w/ MOAH
Happy with the press for sure, any PR is a good PR! WOD was tough but enjoyed it and really pushed myself as best I could. Pullups were the limiting factor as my forearms were Popeye style half way through. Cashed out with 25 GHD's and 1 min hollow rock. Nice workout today!
