Nice work today everyone - every now and then its good to go long
I did 5 sets of 3 bs
monday was 345 - went for 355 gotthe first set, and it was brutal -continued to push and fail - dropped to 345 and failed as well. I was folding like cheap cotton shirt from gap. Didnt have it. I then proceeded to do as many pushups as possible to start strengthening and testing the shoulder - so weak there. Gonna try and do pushups every other day to see if I can get some sort of pushing strength and endurance back.
anyway feel free to post how today went for you.

Used #40 for the dumbbell thrusters and did 7 reps at this weight. Not sure my total number of rounds. Good workout, felt good to have a good sweat. Thanks David and Ryno.

For thrusters I did 7 reps with the 8kg kettle bells. It was a good grinder, tried to just keep moving. I'm not sure if I did 11 or 12 rounds, but I was a sweaty mess. Thanks guys!
