The 25th Annual Moonight Run is coming up March 10th. Lots of space left right now but they sell out fast and I'd like to see a big Crossfit Lethbridge turnout this year.

WoD - 19:25?
First time with a whack load of pull ups in a long time, shoulder was not very happy with me! But had an awesome race with Patty goin, but on my last set of DUs the wheels completely fell off and pretty sure I was on 6 when he finished.. Nice work Team 6am!

Yesterday: Snatch, looking for 1RM, started at 95#, worked up in 10lb increments. failed at 135#, hit 145# easy, failed twice at 155# and hit an ugly 155#. holy goatville, did this ever feel brutal & awkward.
5 sets of 30 DU + 5 unbroken MU, 1min rest between.
today at #1 firehall:
Back Squat
135#x10, 185#x10, 225#x5, 245#x5, 265#x5, 285#x5x5
5 sets of:
30 DU + 10 unbroken butterfly pullups, rest 1min between

This was the first wod with lots of pull ups I've done in a while! Need some work on them but it was fun.
Time - 14:34? Or something. Squats and doubles were pretty good. Just had to keep going!
