A surprisingly quick Wod. The deadlifts were heavy, but 3 reps made them easy to complete.

First two round purple band and last three red band for dips. 185 deadies they were heavy but do-able.

First double day of 2012, felt amazing!
At 1pm with Mike:
Press - 170x1, 180x1, 190x2. Tried for 3 at 190 but no dice.
Then yesterday's wod: 2:50 rx. Wanted sub 3 mins, got it, happy!
At 5 with the big fun group: today's wod
Time: 4:50
used 315 for the deadlifts, the 40# slam ball and muscle up'd into the ring dips. it was fun!!!! Loved today
good job everyone way to kill it!
