1. air squats (challenge: rest in the hole)
2. 10m shuttle
B) 21-15-9 rep rounds
front squats (75/55)
ball slams

Tabata -
shuttle runs - maintained at 5 each time
air squats (resting in the hole): mainted 6-8 per round
21-15-9
front squats @ 45#
ball slams @ 20#
forgot to write down my time!
legs are like jello!

Did B first, then A. Didn't keep track of numbers for tabata's. Resting in the hole was definitely a challenge!
