Just had time to deadlift today.

3RM = 320#

Happy with this considering my 1RM in November was 325#

deadlift find 3rm 435 - fail on 445... did 445 in November but didnt have it today.

I am scared of muscle ups.... and pressing so no wod... I also was pressed for time. Looks like a good one for the shoulders, and by good i mean brutal- enjoy!

Big class tonight at 5! Good job Dave for playing classroom manager and making sure everyone had space to work out and knew what they were up to. I've been interested in this wod since it came up on the main site, glad we did it!

Time - 8:28rx. I love muscle ups. The push presses were a battle and the row was tough, but it was a great workout! Felt a bit pukey after. Good job everyone!

I liked this WOD. Muscle ups were tough but I love doing them so I'm sure they'll get better, took almost 4 minutes on them today. I didn't find the push press too bad at all. Nice job everyone at 5pm and good job to Dave for organizing everyone so there was no log jams!

My muscle ups are still pretty inefficient, kinda just yank on the rings, close my eyes and hope for the best..! Broke them up 5,3,2.. Push Press was supposed to be 5x20 ha! didn't happen.. And the row was probably the best part! Big class tonight, lots of fun! Thanks Dave!
