Congrats to Terryl and Kim on their new addition. Jayden Andrew Luhowy 6 lbs 5 oz. was born this morning and I hear mom and baby are doing really well.

Sad to say that I'm addicted to Biggest Loser but Bob Harper had them doing Fran tonight.....thrusters and jumping pull ups....and they are wearing Skins! ....coool!

Did a workout with Fraser this morning, was a good sweat.

Feelin pretty sore from the last few days of krazy WoDs. Last training session tonight then thurs fri off strictly mobilizing, resting and ice bathing! Looking forward to this weekend! Any CFLA'ers in CowTown this wknd come on down to Crossfit Ramsay and cheer all 6 of us on! We'll need it!

Dead lifts @ 115, 115, 125, 125. Almost at my goal of deadlifting @ body weight.

improved my dead lift PR - did 135 three times

WOD A - 5 to 1 ladder of C&J's @ 185# and Muscle Ups
Time = 11:15
WOD B - 3 rounds of 250m row and 40 abmat situps
Time = 9:28
Showed up at 4:15 today so put in an 1:45 shift and busted out two WOD's. Back was fatigued from the C&J's so didn't want to do any deadies or SDLHP's. Good workout today!

Deadlifts: got up to 135# for set of 3...probably could have gone higher...next time!

time: 8:08
Happy with that as I did all the sit ups unbroken.
Thanks, JT for the tips on the SDLHP....it made a huge difference to think about using my hips more to drive up the bar!
Thanks also for the tips on the pull ups......I'm getting closer!
