Super nice day to run so did Nancy solo.
17:58 with #55 for OHS
Last time I did this it was 16:28 with #15 for OHS. So this was a huge improvement. OHS felt solid today.

15:07 - suprising the ohs didnt hurt the shoulder too bad when i had it locked in - not sure on therun - with busses and oil stains etc maybe it was a bit short of 400m
good week of work outs thus far for sure

Sad that its my day of rest today and I dont get to participate in this one. Im not even being sarcastic.. This beautiful weather makes me feel like getting outside and breathing deep and the energy so far today has been amazing. Hope the night classes get to enjoy this nice calm weather like the nooners did. Lots of improvements with people in their positioning in the OHS. Clean lines with alot of focus and determination.

Find 5RM Deadlift - got to 295# - this was 10# better than when I last tested a couple of months ago.
Failed on 315# - Legs and back were fatigued today from back squats yesterday.
Nancy - 15:30
I used 75# as legs were jacked from Back Squat yesterday. Had trouble walking up the stairs back at work haha.
Rest day tomorrow!

opted for a 10km run today with this beauti weather
time was 57 mins
first 8km felt great
overall was pretty happy with my time considering i havent ran in 4 or 5 months. must be doing something right

decided to run because I hate running! OHS felt okay.....happy because the last time I did this WOD I used 15#.
