This Sunday we are holding a get together at Sisters Pub to celebrate the end of our New Years Challenge. Hopefully you all completed your goals and will continue to follow the new habits that you have created . I will have everyones individual goals down at the gym this week and would like you to check in with me and start ticking them off. As for Sunday, come anytime between 1and 4pm. The 'Sisters" (Val, Dawn, and Heather) have allowed us to use their facility but we will not have waitresses and the bar will be closed. We will have piles of wings to snack on, and we would love if you brought a salad or treat that you could share with the group. You may also bring your own booze along. Hope to See you there!!

A little warning...they use crazy bad language. But it's funny! It's a video of two dudes criticizing crossfit because you can go "snap snap snap snap snap" if you do what we do. Oh and they say that girls who can put 135# over their head are on steroids...ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm. so ya, enjoy, laugh like i did...and tell the guy with "low back issues" to suck it up and learn how to squat.

T2B were slow, lost the kip after about 15. Gotta work on those, along with a HSPU kip. Tough workout, shoulders are done, rest day tomorrow for me.

Whew that was a grind! The push press felt heavy and I'm sure it looked ugly. I feel like I didn't maintain a hollow core throughout and I also don't think I got full lock out on the press!
Double unders were better tonight than previously so I was happy that I could string more than 10 together sometimes!
Great job 6pm...nice to see a big group!

Used one Abmat for HSPU to save my head, but made sure to "bottom out" on it every time. T2B were the slowest part, and the run was a touch brisk! Nice job 5ers!
