The next Intro to Crossfit Series runs Monday September (15th), Tuesday (16th) and Thursday (18th) at 7:30pm. The coaches will cover mechanics of some of the barbell lifts and bodyweight movements and put you through an awesome workout to give those movements a try. The coaches will also begin to assess your current fitness level and give suggestions on how to ease yourself into the Crossfit Lethbridge program. All new members need to attend these 3 sessions before they can jump into our regular classes. If you would like to attend a trial class before signing up for the Intro you may attend one on a Saturday at 10:30am or email us to set up a good time to jump in on a class during the week.
