One week into the training and workouts and I feel wonderful (except of course for the pain from use of muscles that haven't been used for a long time) Not to say I am in pain from doing it incorrectly, I have had great coaches helping me do it right, it is just a really good thing to feel the muscles working again, even if it does create a little bit of pain at the beginning. I am looking forward to continued strength and working myself hard enough to make a difference. Thanks to Joey and Jeff (the two coaches I have had so far) for keeping an eye on my physical limitations and helping me through them, I feel the muscles around the injury sites getting stronger and I can envision myself being able to do things I have always wanted to but have been unable to. (like touch my toes :)
I understand having a vision of where you want to be is a great way to start the journey to that place...so I am envisioning where I want to be, and it is healthy and strong. Thanks also for giving me that vision, this is the first time I have ever WANTED to come and work out, it has always been a chore before.
