The next Intro to Crossfit Series will run Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for two weeks starting March 16th to March 26th at 7:30pm. The coaches will cover mechanics of some of the barbell lifts and bodyweight movements and put you through a workout to give those movements a try. The coaches will also begin to assess your current fitness level and give suggestions on how to ease yourself into the Crossfit Lethbridge program. All new members need to attend these 5 sessions before they can jump into our regular classes. If you are looking to check out a class we offer free Trial sessions on Saturdays at 10:30am. Or you can email us to set up a good time to jump in on a class during the week.
*** The Intro to Crossfit classes are included in your 3 month commitment starting price of $300+tax. If you would like to attend a trial class before signing up for the Intro you may attend one on a Saturday at 9:30am
*** If the days and times offered do not fit with your schedule we can set up personal training sessions (at an additional cost) as an alternative to the group Intro classes.
