A) Weighted lunges- 4 sets of 5/side. Now that we have some experience with the lift try and add a bit ore weight than what you used last week.

The thrusters sucked.... I'm determined not to be able to run this week haha As HG said I looked like Fred flinstone because I couldn't move my arms and I could barely move my feet off the ground lol

Press 3x5 at #162.5
Completed all 3 sets, so going to add 2.5lbs next week. Keep making those small increases.
Row intervals 4x1000m (rest 90 seconds between rows)
This was not fun.... But deep down I really enjoyed it, cause it hurt on the last two 1000m rows. My ass was cramping big time, but I just kept going and eventually forgot about it.
Happy with those times, hopefully next time I can keep them all under 3:30. My hamstrings were pretty tight today, which is a good thing. Cause that means I was really loading them on my snatches, so tonight I will be stretching them out.
One more day and its vacation time for HG and I!! No phones, no worries, just the beach, pools, hot tubs, food and alcohol! :)

Tried a travel WOD on my own since we weren't going to make it to a BOX. Looked ok on paper, but was nastier than I imagined it would be. Titled - Staying on Track.
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1-2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 (burpees and sit-ups).
Thanks for the heads-up about voting JT. My vote is in. Enjoy your vacation HG and JT! Just wondering what spf value you will be going with while in Cabos?
