Thanks for the invite on the game, but some of us civil servants have to work :(

Also Heather that road trip will have to wait till next weekend, when they are open on Saturday till 1pm. Can anyone say hair wax/liquor run! Stock up for the Open, got to fuel properly.

It was a pretty quiet class today, everyone must be getting their day time drink on watching the game.

Just did some deadlifting and pull ups today.

Then hit up the conditioning after, got a good push from everyone at 11am

Went really heavy today with lunges because I did squats on Tuesday.
A1)255/255/275/275 in sets of 8
A2) 20pr!/15/12
finally hit 20 strict pull ups! Super happy about that!

B) this was a mental grinder for sure
Box jumps 20/20/24
Ring rows 30/30/30
Lunges 65lbs 28/28/34
Hollow hold 60/45-15/40-20

Butt and hamstrings are gonna be on fire tomorrow. Might just stay away from lower body movements on the weekend, just active recovery.
