It is never easy to program around the Open as I am also clueless as to what the workouts will be. I will try and make sure that I don't over do the volume on any one movement so that you are not annihilated for the most important day in your training week which will now be Friday or whatever day you will be completing the Open workout on. Thursdays will now become our mid week rest day. If you choose to come in use the day to move with intensity, breathe deep and mobilize.
