19:55. Did everything as prescribed, except for the DUs, I did 75 reps/round of mixed. This one was a battle, hell of a way to start the week! Haha.

25:50. I feel like I am always qualifying my responses, but since I didn't do as prescribed I must again qualify. I did ring rows for 2 of my sets of pull ups and I did 3 wall walks per round instead of HSPU's.

Here is to hoping that one day I do not have to qualify my response.

Well, that was fun.
27:58 with a few modifications.

100 singles
15 strict banded pull ups
5 negative HSPU

With a nice 6km run to get to the gym in the first place.

Fun way to start the week. I love my body weight movements. 17:55 Rx'd challenged myself on this one with strict HSPUs.
