A) 95, 125, 145, 155 (failed on the last rep) I wasn't too happy with the weight but I will take it
B) 7:37 with 30 inch and 35# and singles. Over this next week I am going to put some time in and hopefully get better on my doubles. I know that I can jump high enough just need to get the motion down..

A) 135, 165, 165, 165 failed.
That got heavy fast! I felt like 135 was no problem so I put on 15's and 165 was a real challenge.

B) 7:29
Had a 20" box with 3 45's on top to get approx 30", 30# for the presses and completed 60 singles.
Angle wasn't liking the DU attempts so I didn't even try for doubles.

A) 135, 165, 185, 205. I started out thinking I might top out at 185, but I broke 200, which made me pretty happy.

B) 8:31. 30 inch box, 50# DBs. The DBs gopt really heavy really fast, but I wanted to grind through them, I want to make my presses and jerks heavier, so I figured this would be a good way to challenge myself. My first round of doubles was utterly forgettable, but I cranked out 25 - 30 for rounds two and three, which I was pretty ecstatic about.

Also it was nice to have JT there today. Gave me some really awesome tips for the push jerks and really keeps everyone going through the workouts. Thanks JT.

It was great to see JT running the early class! Reminded me of last summer.

1. 135, 135, 155, 185 - for some reason the first set felt really awkward and heavy, so thought I should stick with the same weight. After the second set though I was feeling better so started add.

2. 8:00, with 32" box (24 box with 2 45lbs plates), 40lbs DB's, and did double unders. Press was rough, first round I did 2 sets of 10 and 5 reps. Second round I did 3 sets of 5, and of the final round I did 3 sets of 5.

Simon, I always try and stay at a 10-20 degree angle for my double unders. I can bring a protractor tomorrow and we can measure what your angle is. Hahaha, just kidding, I am the king of typos! Hope your ankle gets feeling better.

A/ 85, 95, 100, 105...could get 1 rep at 105 but failed on my second so did 1 rep three separate times.
B/ 7:35 with a 20" box....missed that we were supposed to use 24". Oops. 20 lb DB and double unders. Press was tough.

A. 105, 125, 135, 140 (PR) Haven't done this test for a while. Ended up with a 25 lb. improvement.
B. 30 in box, 25 lb. db's and DU's in 7:08. Had to break up the presses during the second and third rounds (5, 4, 3, 3).
Did a few headstand to handstand push-ups today. I've seen 'ninja' Carter do them with ease. Did the scaled version of the gymnastics skills yesterday and was able to complete them, so thought I would try a few new ones from the Rx list. Completed a deficit HSPU - haven't been able to do them before. Handstand walking is still a ways off. No Cirque for me yet!!

Feeling too sick this morning to make it in with my 6am crew, but I got out to the 530 and had a lot of fun.

Definitely pushed myself to keep pace with Brayden tonight. The doubles were coming pretty easily tonight, which was awesome. I got 13 unbroken which is huge for me.

Really delayed comment, but I figured I might as well put something up.
A) I stayed light as I yet again wanted to really focus on getting my hips back rather than taking the weight with my knees. It's a hard habit to curve, I have been trying to apply that to wherever possible when I work around the farm. Trying to get it stuck in my head.
B) 7:52

I want to say thanks to Brian for the help on my doubles. I was able to do 4 in a row... Look out world haha
