A) Push jerk- 4 sets of 3 reps. Do not try and link these reps at your highest weight, instead bring the bar down and reset your midline for the next rep. Time the "cushion" between reps to make for a smooth tranistion. This is a skill like any other and the barbell will quickly let you know if your timing is off.
B) 3 rounds for time:
10 box jumps (30/24 jump up, step down)
15 DB/KB press
